The last thing you want to do is to spend your day worrying if something is not going right or rushing around to sort things out and making sure the suppliers have turned up on time. This is the time you need to feel relaxed, having a good time and celebrating your special day with your family and friends, stress and worry free.
This is why couples book our On the Day Co-ordination Service. We will be discreet in professionally managing your wedding day, whether it’s a problem with a wardrobe malfunction, managing your suppliers or making sure that everyone is at the right place at the right time.
We understand you may feel nervous about us handling your special day, but we will always care about each and every wedding we do.
You can contact us whenever needed in the run up to the day, whether you have a question or just want some advice. We will meet you at least six weeks before your wedding day to discuss all your plans and information you have for suppliers booked, we will make a detailed plan of action for the day in our discussions with you which will act as the running schedule.
We will also contact all suppliers that you have booked to introduce ourselves and let them know that we will be dealing with them and confirm arrangements/timings and co-ordinate everything to do with drinks reception, wedding breakfast, speeches, cutting of the cake, first dance etc.
Half day co-ordination (up to 4 hours on the morning of your wedding) £375
