Hey there! I’m Emma, the owner, director, head planner and co-ordinator here at DC Weddings and Events and also the owner and director of Decorations and Celebrations!
Well, I have been working in the Weddings and Events industry for over 10 years, with just as many years in venue styling, organising and running events and I also did a degree in Events and Conference Management at Plymouth University, where in one class we had to help organise and run the Christmas Ball for The Britannia Royal Naval College back in 2015!
I am a HUGE (some may say this is an understatement!) Formula One fan and I will always try and watch a race (or anything over a race weekend) where possible and have been watching on and off for about 15/20 years. I have a 14 year old Springer Spaniel Collie Cross called Lucky who is my best friend, I also love going to the beach and I’m happiest during the summer, and as a Gemini, I live up to the “creative” aspects of my star sign, planning and executing events as much as possible!
